Who We Are
FEMCoL, incorporated in April 2022, is mandated by Cabinet Minute No. 1474-2022/08/25 to provide improved oversight on maintenance of the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) rental stock and building properties. Additionally, FEMCOL will be working alongside the HDC’s Construction Company Limited and the Asset Management Company Limited to ensure the seamless transition from construction to occupation of ten thousand new homes per year.
FEMCoL works closely with 14 regional corporations and utility service providers to plan and implement strategies to ensure that our tenants and the surrounding communities enjoy a safe and healthy environment.
