It is a service charge that covers the cost of upkeep of the common areas in your Development and other obligations. Kindly refer to your Agreement (Sub-Lease/ LTO/ RTO/ Rental) for further clarification.

Due to the restructuring of the HDC, some services have been disrupted. We are in the process of ensuring that they are continued. For further enquiries, advise the customer to send an email to managementcompanies@hdc.gov.tt or contact 612-7432 extensions 8610-8615.

Kindly place the document in a sealed envelope addressed to the Management Companies Unit and submit in the drop box located on the ground floor. Also, ensure that your full contact information is included.

  1. Customers should provide the CSR with the following information before the representative (ext. 8610-8615) is contacted:
    • Name and Address (including Unit Number);
    • The Management Company they are attached to;
    • The exact purpose of their visit;
    • If they spoke with a representative prior to the visit/ if a representative is expecting them;
    • Contact Number
  2. If a representative is not available, kindly advise the customer to send an email to managementcompanies@hdc.gov.tt .
