Randy Parey

Mr. Randy Parey, Manger, Technical Services has over fifteen (15) years’ in project management, civil engineering design, construction procurement, construction management, contract management and facilities management in the public and private sectors.

Mr. Parey is a passionate advocate for sustainable community development, he has managed to be involved in many initiatives that have fostered community infrastructure development and enhancement throughout his professional career. He is a holder of a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of
Science (B.Sc. Eng) in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) in Geomatics from the University of the West Indies (UWI).

Mr. Parey is a Registered Engineer (R.Eng) with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago (BOETT) and is certified in Project Management. He is a
Professional Engineer and Senior Member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago (APETT) and a Member of the American Society
of Civil Engineers – Structural Engineering Institute (ASCE SEI).
